个人简历

梅洋,助理教授,2014年毕业于中国地质大学(武汉)电子信息工程专业,2020年博士毕业于厦门大学电子科学与技术专业,2017年至2019年赴东京大学联合培养,2020年9月加入厦门大学微电子系

梅洋助理教授主要从事半导体激光器、面发射激光器、GaN基发光器件、激子极化激元器件等方面研究。

近几年,以第一作者在Light:Science & Application, Applied Physics Letter, Semiconductor Science and Technology等国际高水平期刊上发表多篇学术论文。
